Here staff are on duty either for 24 hours, 7 days a week or from 9am to 5pm weekdays plus some evening and weekends. There is always an 'on call' telephone service outside of these hours for emergencies. Staff work with the residents to prepare them for independence. Residents will also have access to all of our support services.
