Located in Moseley area of Birmingham and near a major bus route, Howard House provides accommodation for 9 young people, including families and couples, in a stable and caring environment.
This is an ideal project for residents moving on from another St Basils project, and who are ready for more independent living experience. A keyworker helps with the preparation for independent living and personal and emotional development. A resettlement programme is established, before moving on to independent accommodation with the offer of continued support.
The accommodation has 9 self contained flats. There is large rear garden which is nicely landscaped and there is a private car park.
St Basils aims to meet all accommodation needs. If you have a special need please discuss this with us.
Howard House has a Floating Support Service and support workers who contact the young people directly to arrange meetings. St Basils also operates an out of hours service.
Providing Howard House is is able to meet your needs, the following criteria also have to be met: You must be aged 16 to 25 and in need of housing and support.
All residents will have access to St Basils support services including Learning Skills and Work service, Prevention Services and Resettlement and Floating Support services.
