Beoley Court offers 8 single fully furnished bedsits, each with their own kitchen and shared bathroom/shower/toilets.

Grange Court has 16 one bedroom self-contained flats.

There is a project manager and five staff on site.

Referrals: Criteria: single male or female, age 16 to 25 , homeless, in need of accommodation and support. You can refer yourself by phone 01527-592404.

Our offices are open from 9.30am to 8.00pm seven days a week. All residents will have access to St Basils support services including Learning Skills and Work Service, Prevention Services and Resettlement and Floating Support Services.

We support young people to grow towards independence by providing them with basic advice and guidance on accommodation, health, family, legal advice, life skills and social skills. Both sites provide key-worker support through staff on site and a planned move on to your own tenancy through our floating support service.

Disabled facilities: Currently these properties are not accessible for a disabled person with a wheelchair, however we will make all reasonable adjustments to make our property accessible to disabled people, where a young person meets our criteria, ie. is a single male or female, aged 16 to 25 in need of accommodation and support.
