Brandwood Crescent is our new building situated in a regeneration area in South Birmingham, where there is a mix of private and social housing. The property stands in its own grounds with a rear garden and parking bay.
A local project, Brandwood Crescent is for young people age 16 to 25, who have family connections or live, work or study in the areas of Brandwood, Kings Heath, Kings Norton and Selly Oak areas of Birmingham. You will also have some independent living skills.
The accommodation consists of 8 one-bedroom apartments and 2 two-bedroom apartments. All the properties are fully furnished and contain fitted kitchen, fridge/freezer, and washer/dryer.
There is a training room, fully fitted with computers and accessible software, and an interview/consultation room.
There are four members of staff who are on duty between 9.30am and 5.30 pm, and occasionally some evenings.

We support young people to grow towards independence by providing them with basic advice and guidance on accommodation, health, family, legal advice, life skills and social skills.
Disabled facilities: All ground floor doors are accessible for wheelchair users and all communal areas and individual apartments have induction loops system for hearing aid users. Training facilities are accessible, as are the ground floor toilets. Some apartments are accessible for disabled people.
Local facilities: One stop shop, Chemist, Doctors and Dentist, NHS disability service, Learning Centre, Community Centre
Buses 18, 76 and 35.
All residents will have access to St Basils support services including Learning Skills and Work service , Prevention Services and Resettlement and Floating Support services.
