We provide supported accommodation for young people aged 16-25 for a mutually agreed period. The service offers self-contained bed-sits and flats for families and single people. The project is staffed Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm.
The staff consist of three helpful and caring people, the Housing and Support Manager and two Housing and Support Workers.
Our aim is to enable tenants to feel at home as soon as they step through the front door. We try to involve their views and aspirations in all our planning.
One young resident said; "The project has a warm, inviting and modern feel to it, that the residents can feel proud to call their home."
Another said: "The open friendliness of the staff comes like a breath of fresh air especially when dealing with our needs and issues" (Young persons view)
All residents will have access to St Basils support services including Learning Skills and Work service , Prevention Services and Resettlement and Floating Support services.
