Grosvenor Court

Grosvenor Court, based in the Aston area of Birmingham, provides supported accommodation for 24 young men aged 16-25. They live in this stable, caring environment for up to two years while preparing for independent living. There is always someone on hand as the project is staffed 24 hours a day. There is the Housing and Support Manager, 5 full time and 1 part time Housing Support Workers and 1 Finance and Admin worker.

There are four levels of support within the project. The 'supported' section has eight bedrooms with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities and within this block there are also two self contained training flats with their own facilities. The 'semi-supported' blocks consists of twelve self contained bedsits with shared bathrooms. One of these bedsits has been designed to be accessible for a disabled person.

The 'Bungalow' block accommodates two residents in single bedrooms where they live in a semi-independent capacity, sharing kitchen and bathroom facilities. There is an ICT room where residents have use of computers with Internet access for study or work and where they can access training courses. Grosvenor Court.


All residents will have access to St Basils support services including Learning Skills and Work service , Prevention Services and Resettlement and Floating Support services.
