Shaftesbury House is for females aged 16 to 25. We provide accommodation for up to 10 young women in a stable and caring environment.
Office hours are 9.30am to 6.00pm. The Project is staffed 24 hours.
The property includes 9 bedsits and a bungalow which are all self-contained. With shared use of a lounge, IT room and Laundry.
A key-worker helps to prepare for independent living, together with personal and emotional development. A resettlement programme is established before move on to independent accommodation with the offer of continued support for up to two years.
Local facilities
Local bus services to the city centre. Local shops, doctors, dentist , youth groups and Community Centres.
All residents will have access to St Basils support services including Learning Skills and Work service , Prevention Services and Resettlement and Floating Support services.
