Visitors to Head Office should report to the new reception area at the Arch offices, located opposite St Basils Church on Heath Mill Lane, accessible by the right hand green door.

The church is situated between Liverpool St and Allcock St junctions. It is not a drop-in service, please call the above number to make an appointment.

To access any of St Basils services and for help with accommodation, young people aged 16 to 25 who are homeless or threatened with homelessness must call our helpline Youthline. For Youth Hub assessment appointment bookings please call Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm. Our out-of-hours service provides advice and signposting only. You must have an appointment to attend the Youth Hub, based at St Basils Church, Heath Mill Lane, Birmingham, B9 4AX.
