To access any of St Basils services and for help with accommodation for young people aged 16 to 25 who are homeless or threatened with homelessness, your first point of call is our 24-hour Youthline which can also offer help and advice over the phone.

The Youth Hub is based at The Bond on Fazeley Street in Deritend, Birmingham. It the first building on the left as you enter the courtyard.

This is not a "drop-in" service; you must have an appointment before coming to the Youth Hub however if you need urgent help we will arrange to see you the same day!
