Oliver Nymbu

Chief Executive of Caret Consultancy. As a specialist in strategy review and formulation as well as business and organisational effectiveness, Oliver has many year’s experience of helping senior teams to: manage change; improve organisational effectiveness; improve business performance and working relationships.

Jean Templeton Chief Executive

Jean has been Chief Executive of St Basils in Birmingham since March 2000. St Basils was one of the Housing Corporation Gold winners for tackling homelessness in 2006 and is the RSL Centre of Excellence in the National Youth Homelessness Scheme.

During her time in Birmingham, Jean has been involved in a number of local and regional partnerships, including as Chair of Birmingham Social Housing Partnership (BSHP) andhousing sector representative on the City Strategic Partnership.

She is the voluntary sector representative on the Regional Housing Executive and currently chairs the West Midlands Homelessness Strategy Implementation Group and the regional Refugee Partnership. Jean is a member of CLG’s national Homelessness Strategy Steering group and Supporting People expert reference group and the Youth Justice Board’s accommodation steering group.

In December 2006, Jean was awarded an honorary doctorate from Birmingham University.

Part-time Research Fellow, University of Birmingham and part-time consultant. Experience in construction procurement and 2 years as a volunteer in St Basils’ accommodation project. Currently a member of St Basils’ Service Delivery and Development Sub Committee.
