Like any organisation we have terms that are basically jargon. We try not to use them too much on the website. However there are some, so we have this jargon buster to help.
D- Direct Access (DA)
- Access to emergency accommodation for homeless people, in our case aged 16 to 25.

TopF- Floating support (FS)
- Ongoing support for up to two years after leaving St Basils ensuring that the young person sustains their tenancy. A high success rate is achieved. If the young person manages for one year reseach shows that they are likely to succeed in the long term.

- Housing organisations registered with and regulated by the Housing Corporation.
TopS- Single Access Point (SAP)
- Referrals of young people aged 16 to 25 who need access to accommodation all go through St Basils Link
