| BIG thanks to the 314 St Basils supporters who braved the cold on Friday 30th November and took part in our BIG SleepOut! Everyone really got into the Jaffabox Creative Cardboard Competition and it was a brilliant night! The money raised so far for this event is £60,745

Next years' event will take place on Friday 6th December 2013! BIG SleepOut is a sponsored challenge to sleep 'rough' for one night in St Basils carpark in Digbeth, Birmingham to remind ourselves of why it is important to have services which prevent young people becoming homeless. On average 4000 young people per year who are at risk of homelessness seek our assistance. In 2011-12 4,938 local young people, at risk of homelessness sought our advice or support. See 'About Us' for more information on St Basils. The aim of this event is to raise some much needed funds to support our vital services. We are a local charity so every pound of local money stays here in the West Midlands to help local young people. To take part in the Big SleepOut you must be over 18 years of age or accompanied by an adult. (1 adult to 3 children). The minimum age for participation is 12.
