SleepOut 2012 Registration Form

This is the official Registration Form for the St Basils BIG SleepOut 2012 which takes place on Friday 30th November 2012.

Due to the popularity of the Big SleepOut, we have had to put a limit on the number of people that can attend on the night. There are also cost implications for every person registered, therefore we urge you to ONLY register the names of people who seriously intend to take part in this event.

This event is free to attend, but we do expect people to raise a minimum of £150.

If you are registering yourself alone then please complete all the boxes below and click SUBMIT.

If you are registering yourself and others then please complete all the boxes below including the names of the people joining you in the box marked Group Entry, then click SUBMIT. A MAXIMUM of 10 people per group is allowed. If you wish to register more people please phone the BIG SleepOut Team on 0121 772 9614.

People under the age of 18 MUST be registered AND accompanied on the night by an adult. This ratio must be no less than 3 young people to one adult.
