We take the hassle out of letting your property. St Basils Private Rented Scheme supports Young People aged 18-25 to find appropriate accommodation within the private rental sector. St Basils support worker liaise between the young person and the Landlord to resolve any difficulties and St Basils can also provide additional services such as a Rent Guarantee system and rent in advance.
