St Basils Cross Tenure Support

St Basils provides floating support to young people in Birmingham, Solihull and North Worcestershire in a range of tenures including social, council, private and even within the family home. In addition a young person's support worker will continue to support them as they move on from St Basils ensuring consistency in their relationships.

St Basils floating support services has access to permanent acommodation to enable a young person to move on from supported acommodation. The properties are offered via a consortia of Registered Social Landlords and via a Service Level Agreement with the local authority to interview and re-house eligible young people.

A floating Support Service is also provided in Solihull, Kidderminster and Redditch as part of our prevention services, to minimise the risk of vulnerable young people becoming homeless in the first place.
