For assessment appointment bookings please call Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
The Out-of-hours service during weekdays and weekends only provides advice and signposting.

Youthline provides access to a range of support services which prevent youth homelessness and will support you to find and keep a home.
Our Youthline operators can offer:
- access to the support you need
- housing aid and advice
- family mediation and mediators
- advice and guidance on education employment and training
- access to a range of accommodation.
If you are working with a young person and would like to refer them to us, please see External referrals.
